Equine Massage Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, and Photobiomodulation Therapy/PBMT (Cold Laser)
Serving the puget sound region
The Method
The horse is assessed utilizing touch, feel, and observation. Areas of concern are identified and massage techniques will be implemented in a customized fashion to meet the needs of each horse.
Horses are biological creatures that develop aches and pains just like we do. Caring for their structural integrity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.
Benefits of Massage and Bodywork
Increase Circulation
This will aid in the movement of stagnant fluids out of the muscle and fresh healthy fluids into the muscle.
Warms the Tissues
Warming the tissues aids in relaxation and recovery.
Aids in Flexibility
Keeping muscles soft, subtle, and flexible keeps them healthy and at lower risk for injury.
My goal is to bring comfort and relaxation to the horse. Whether they are a pasture mate, high performance horse, or the casual trail horse, bodywork can be beneficial to all of our equine friends.
